Shipping Policy
Buythevalue guarantees hassle-free shipping and delivery of your orders. The major factors which include shipping are packing, delivery on time, order status, and live updates of the logistics. All these will be constantly updated through the registered email id, app notifications,and text message. However, there could be a delay in shipping depending on the location, product availability, improper shipping address, etc. Timely delivery of products is our top priority. Therefore, we have tied up with top logistic partners to ensure we have timely delivery. The shipping process starts within 48 hours of your order placement and you will get a mail as “Your Order is Shipped” which means you can start tracking the order live. This way you can estimate when will the order reach you exactly. If the order is shipped but getting delayed in delivery, you can call the courier person or contact us, we will try helping you. We have free delivery on most of the products but if shipping charges are applicable, those are mentioned right at the time of placing an order along with the products. Hence, you don’t have to pay for the logistics again.
Cancellation Policy:
Customers can cancel their orders and get a full refund before the product is shipped.
For cancellations after the product is dispatched from our end - a flat fee of Rs.100 or 10% of the order value; whichever is higher will be deducted.
Return Policy:
- Please do not accept damaged or tampered order packages at the time of delivery.
- The customer is requested to reject the shipment and inform our customer care through phone or email.
- If the product is damaged in transit and opened, immediately report to customer care with proper photos of the damaged product.
- If the product has issues in functioning within the return period, please call buythevalue customer care immediately.
- If the product has any issues in functioning after the return period is over with buythevalue, please contact the manufacturer to claim under warranty.
- If you want any assistance from our customer care to reach the manufacturer, you are welcome to call us.
- Take extra care while placing the order by choosing the correct model, size and colour.
- If the product is returned due to a specific reason, clear photos of the product along with the manufacturer box and accessories should be sent to our customer care team.
- Once the pictures are verified, then the return pick-up will be arranged.
- This is not going to take long; we finish off such formalities at the earliest possible time.
- Please ensure that the manufacturer box or accessories shouldn't be damaged and no stickers or adhesive tapes. Any damages on the boxing cannot be accepted as the manufacturer is likely to reject it for the same reason.
- If our return team found any of the above after receiving the returned product, a flat 15% from the order value will be deducted while initiating the refund.
- In any case, if you feel that the product is not performing as per your expectations, the return will be accepted and flat 10% of the order value will be deducted during refund.
What is the Structure of Shipping, Return,and Refund?
Buythevalue follows a procedure and it typically looks like this:
- Place your order online in our site or app
- When the order is packed and ready, you will be notified as “Your order is dispatched”
- The order will be delivered to you
- If you have to return the products due to any reason, place a return request
- Once it is approved by the Buythevalue team, return and refund will be arranged
